GANGTOK/DARJEELING (5N/6D)
TOUR ITINERARY :
Day 01: Arrival & Transfer to Darjeeling
Our reserve vehicle will be there to receive you at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station. Driver
will be assisting guests for travel towards Darjeeling. At an elevation of 70001 feet, the land of
breath-taking beauty, amidst rolling tea gardens, crowned by the majestic Himalayas popularly
known as the Queen of the hills. Evening is free to stroll around the Mall Road. Overnight stay at
Darjeeling.
Day 02: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing:
On Darjeeling major sightseeing covered Tiger Hills (Optional, depending on the availability of
tickets for early morning), Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, War Memorial. Tenzing Rock, Gombu
Rock, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Tea Garden and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute
&Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (Close on Thursday). After sightseeing, drive back to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 03: Transfer to Gangtok via Peshok, Lamahatta:
Post breakfast, move towards Gangtok. Enroot visit Peshoke, Lamahatta etc. Out of several
attractions here, Lamahatta Natural Park and there is a new road which has been built from
Tinchuley which passes through the Peshoke Tea Gardens. This is a wonderful drive as you pass
through vast stretches of gardens on all sides on the mountain slope. Stop at the Peshoke Garden
View Point and soak in views all around and drive along. The road winds all the way down mostly
through the tea gardens and meets Peshoke road below. Post sightseeing, move towards Gangtok
the capital of Sikkim Suits all from tranquillity to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals &
festivals at a height of 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India. It is one of the most beautiful
towns with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies. Night stays at Gangtok.
Day 04: Excursion to Changu Lake, Baba Mandir, Nathula (optional) :
Early morning breakfast. Nearly 48 kilometres drive and takes nearly 2 hours. Visit to Changu Lake and Baba Mandir, cool and the picturesque beauty. Tsomgo Lake is one of the holy lakes of the region. Inclusion of a tour to Visit Nathula Pass (Close on Monday & Tuesday) to make your Sikkim tour more exciting (depending on availability of permit). Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 05: Gangtok Local Sightseeing:
Early Morning breakfast. Gangtok local Sight Seeing covered - Bakthang fall, Gonjang Monastery, Tashi Viewpoint, Smriti Park, Ganesh Tok, Flower Show, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 06: Departure from Gangtok:
After breakfast, travel towards Siliguri. Today you will depart from Gangtok with a cute smile on your face remembering all the sweet moments spent here and drive back to IXB Airport or NJP Station for further journeys.

Additional charge for Nathula Pass visit: ,500 Per Vehicle.
